Kurze Biografie
Frank Bellosa erhielt seinen Doktorgrad an der Universität Erlangen für seine Arbeit über speichergewahres Multiprozessor-Scheduling.
Er war Assistenzprofessor und Mitarbeiter bei der Betriebssystem-Gruppe der Fakultät für Informatik an der Universität Erlangen.
Von Oktober 2003 bis März 2004 leitete er interimsweise den Lehrstuhl Systemarchitektur an der Universität Karlsruhe.
Seit Dezember 2004 ist Frank Bellosa Professor und Leiter des Lehrstuhls Systemarchitektur bei der Fakultät für Informatik an der Universität Karlsruhe.
Sein prinzipielles Interesse gilt dem Entwurf und der Implementierung von Betriebssystemen. Gegenwärtig arbeitet er zu betriebssystemgesteuertem Power Management für energiegewahre Systeme.
