  • Abstract:

Multi-server operating systems have many advantages like increased robustness and flexibility over monolithic kernel designs. To decrease development time of such operating systems, it is desirable to reuse existing OS code. To get a fine grained system configuration, the servers should be built from small components. This diploma thesis introduces and tests an approach of automatic component extraction from legacy code.
